It’s time to bring the heat (and the flavor)! Join us for the Salsa Showdown on Sunday, September 28th in downtown Colfax on N. Main Street from High Noon to 2 PM.
We’re calling all salsa makers — from kitchen hobbyists to spicy pros — to bring their very best for a chance to win! This year, we’ll have FOUR flavorful categories to choose from:
- 🔴 Red Salsa (Roja)
- 🟢 Green Salsa (Verde)
- 🍍 Fruit-Based Salsa
- 🌶️ Hot Salsa (Extra Spicy)

✨ $10 to taste & vote for your favorite
Whether you’re competing or just tasting, it’s going to be a fun, prize-filled, and flavor-packed afternoon for everyone.
