About Live in Colfax

Live in Colfax is a free outdoor summer concert series produced by the Historic Colfax Downtown Association — five Saturday evenings of professional live music at the Art Park on South Main Street in historic downtown Colfax. No tickets. No cost. Just great music, local vendors, food trucks, and a community that shows up for itself. Gates open at 5:00PM with a Local Youth Spotlight performer, followed by an opening act and headlining band through 9:00PM. Free and open to all ages all summer long.

The summer doesn’t end quietly in Colfax. It ends with a bang.

SteelHorse Stampede closes out the 2026 Live in Colfax Summer Concert Series with the kind of high energy country and southern rock that makes it impossible to stay in your seat. Led by Johnny DeLucia — a top-ten finalist on Nashville Star in 2004 who has shared the stage with Keith Urban, Brad Paisley, and Joe Diffie — this six-piece band of veteran musicians brings four albums, thousands of road miles, and one mission to Historic Main Street: to make sure you leave with a smile on your face and a song stuck in your head.

Country, rock, and southern rock classics alongside original music from a band that has played with Nashville’s finest. You’re gonna dance, sing, and throw your cowboy hat in the air. Plan accordingly.

South Main Street will be fully closed for the event. Free parking available on surrounding streets — come early, spots near the venue fill fast.
