Colfax Sets the Stage for 2026 Free Concert Series

Something special is stirring in Colfax — and you’re going to hear it.

The Historic Colfax Downtown Association is thrilled to announce our plans for a 2026 Concert Series — a full season of free, live music designed to bring neighbors together, uplift local artists, and fill Main Street with vibrancy, rhythm, and joy.

🎤 From Inspiration to Momentum

It all began with a bold step — applying for the Levitt AMP Music Series Grant, a national program that helps small towns host free outdoor concerts. Colfax made it all the way to the Top 50 finalists in the country — a testament to our potential, our community, and our shared love of live music.

That recognition lit a fire. This past year, we held our first-ever Rock the Vote concert, helping us get to the Top 50 Finalist for the Levitt AMP Grant and proving the pull of music in our town. Next came Pints & Grooves, drawing hundreds downtown which turned Main Street into a festival: music, food, mingling — and small-town magic.

Whether or not we secure the Levitt Grant, we’re moving forward. We’re officially committed to launching the 2026 Colfax Concert Series — because the power of music to unite has already shown its strength.
