The Historic Colfax Downtown Association, in partnership with the City of Colfax and the Colfax City Council, is proud to announce Round Two of the Historic Colfax Billboard Contest.

This is more than just a photography contest—it’s an opportunity to share your love for Colfax, have your work displayed on a digital billboard, and be featured on VisitHistoricColfax.com, our initiative dedicated to promoting Colfax to visitors, future residents, and businesses. How to Enter

📅 Deadline: Submit your best photo of Colfax by February 29, 2025 by commenting on our official contest post on Facebook or sending us a direct message or email [email protected].

What Happens Next?

📌 March 1st, 2025 – We will feature all submitted photos in a single post on Facebook.
👍 March 1st – March 10th – The community will vote by “liking” their favorite photo.
🏆 March 12th – The photo with the most likes will be submitted to the Colfax City Council for final approval.
🎉 Winning photo announcement! The selected image from the Historic Colfax CA Billboard Contest will be displayed on a digital billboard, welcoming travelers to Colfax, AND be featured on VisitHistoricColfax.com to showcase the beauty of our town to a larger audience!

Contest Rules & Photo Requirements

✅ Photos must be taken in the Downtown Colfax area
✅ Community events can be featured, but the focus should not be on a single business.
✅ Image resolution must be at least 1568×448 pixels.
✅ No political content.
✅ By entering the Historic Colfax CA Billboard Contest, contestants grant Visit Historic Colfax the right to use their photo for digital and print marketing purposes.
